Sauvignon Blanc is ideally suited to the Nelson region where a combination of warm, sunny days and cool autumn nights, help to create the intense varietal flavours for which this flagship New Zealand wine is recognized. 

Tasting:  Intense floral, gooseberry, elderflower notes with fresh herbs (mint/basil). Rich, fleshy front palate with ripe passionfruit, guava, feijoa fruit with complex herb flavours and a crisp fresh finish. A vibrant, full-flavoured wine that is concentrated and long. 

Wine Making:  All fruit was crushed and destemmed before being cool fermented to preserve the vibrant, fresh Sauvignon characters.
